Source Power & Gas is a retail electric provider serving customers in deregulated energy markets in Texas, Maryland, New Jersey, Illinois, and Ohio. Founded in 2011, Source is led by an experienced and well-respected executive team. Source Power was recently acquired Australian retail electric provider ERM Power. ERM Power is the fourth largest electricity retailer in Australia and selected Source Gas as its entry vehicle into the U.S. deregulated electricity market. This transaction is expected to fuel continued growth and entry into additional U.S. deregulated energy markets.
Source Power & Gas no longer serves residential customers. They transferred their residential customers to Cirro Energy in April 2017. This allowed Source to focus on serving commercial customers.
Source actively gives back to the communities it serves by participating in activities like the National Day of Service at the Houston Food Bank. Source was a Winner of Distinction at the Greater Houston and South Texas Better Business Bureau’s 22nd Awards for Excellence in 2014.
