StarTex Power offers Texas residential electric customers a variety of plans from which to select. For customers desiring flexibility and no early termination penalties, StarTex offers a monthly variable rate plan. Customers preferring price security can lock in a fixed rate electricity plan for terms of 12, 24, or 36 months. StarTex also offers residential customers a 12-month fixed rate plan with 100% renewable energy content.
Commercial electric customers receive customized pricing from StarTex Power. StarTex features long-term contracts, online account management tools, specialized reporting options, multi-location billing, cost-center allocation, and other features valued by commercial customers.
StarTex Power customers can manage their accounts online. Customers can setup AutoPay, enroll in paperless billing, make online payments, and view up to 36 months of payment and usage information. StarTex does not charge fees for paying bills online or by phone. The StarTex customer care center is available Monday thru Friday 7 am to 8 pm and Saturday 8 am to 5 pm. StarTex customers can earn rewards for sharing content on their social media networks.
